To qualify for a return:<\/p><ul><li>The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.<\/li><li>You\u2019ll need to show proof of purchase, like your receipt or order confirmation.<\/li><li>Certain products, such as custom orders or items marked final sale, cannot be returned.<\/li><\/ul><p>To start a return, please email us with your order number and details about the item. Once approved, we\u2019ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your return. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.<\/p><h2>Refunds<\/h2><p>After we receive and inspect your return, we\u2019ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Keep in mind:<\/p><ul><li>Refunds may take 5\u201310 business days to show on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.<\/li><li>We refund only the item price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.<\/li><li>If your order was a gift, refunds may be issued to the original purchaser.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Exchanges<\/h2><p>If you\u2019d like to swap an item for a different scent, size, or product, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order. Once we approve and process your return, you\u2019ll get a refund for the first item, and your new order will ship separately.<\/p><h2>Damaged or Wrong Items<\/h2><p>We take care in packaging, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away. We may ask for photos of the item and packaging to better understand the issue.
