We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
To start a return, please email us with your order number and details about the item. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your return. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Keep in mind:
If you’d like to swap an item for a different scent, size, or product, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order. Once we approve and process your return, you’ll get a refund for the first item, and your new order will ship separately.
We take care in packaging, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away. We may ask for photos of the item and packaging to better understand the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll either send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the return is due to damage or our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
Need to cancel an order? Please email us within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return once it arrives.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the refund still hasn’t posted, contact us at info@hushwick.com, and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit once we receive the return. If the gift was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
