It&#8217;s like a rulebook, but a really simple one, so we all know what&#8217;s what. When you decide to work with us,<\/p><h3>Who&#8217;s Who in This Story?<\/h3><ul><li><b>&#8220;1Accord,&#8221; &#8220;we,&#8221; &#8220;us,&#8221; or &#8220;our&#8221;<\/b> means 1Accord.io, the cool company based in NYC that helps brands like yours.<\/li><li><b>&#8220;You&#8221; or &#8220;your&#8221;<\/b> means you, the awesome brand or person who wants to work with us.<\/li><\/ul><h3>What We Do For You (Our Services)<\/h3><p>We&#8217;re all about helping your brand shine by using diverse media. Here&#8217;s a peek at what we can do:<\/p><ul><li><b>Finding the Right Fit:<\/b> We help you pick the best diverse media partners for your brand. This means we look at things like Metro Ads, Hoarding Boards, and Transit Media in places like NYC.<\/li><li><b>Making a Plan:<\/b> We&#8217;ll cook up a smart plan to get your ads seen by the right people.<\/li><li><b>Getting Your Ads Out There:<\/b> We&#8217;ll make sure your ads go live on the chosen media, whether it&#8217;s a billboard or a bus stop.<\/li><li><b>Checking How Things Are Going:<\/b> We&#8217;ll keep an eye on your campaigns and tell you how well they&#8217;re doing. We want to make sure you&#8217;re happy with the results!<\/li><\/ul><p>Sometimes, we might add new ways to help you. If we do, we&#8217;ll let you know, and these new things will also follow these friendly rules.<\/p><h3>Where Your Ads Will Show Up<\/h3><p>We work with lots of different media partners to show your ads. We pick the best spots for your campaign. Just so you know:<\/p><ul><li>We get to choose where your ads show up. It&#8217;s our job to find the best places!<\/li><li>The places where your ads show up might change a little during your campaign. That&#8217;s normal!<\/li><li>We can&#8217;t promise exactly when or where every single ad will be seen, but we try our very best to get them out there.<\/li><\/ul><h3>How Long We Work Together<\/h3><p>When we start a project, we&#8217;ll agree on how long it will run. We&#8217;ll write this down so everyone is clear. Sometimes, it takes a little bit of time to get everything ready before your ads go live. We&#8217;ll always keep you in the loop!<\/p><h3>Paying for Our Awesome Work<\/h3><p>You agree to pay us for the services we provide. We&#8217;ll tell you exactly how much things cost before we start, so there are no surprises. This will be in our agreement with you.<\/p><ul><li><b>What You Pay For:<\/b> This includes the cost of putting your ads on different media and the fees for us managing your campaigns.<\/li><li><b>Starting Up:<\/b> Sometimes there&#8217;s a one-time fee to get everything set up, like getting your ads ready to go. We&#8217;ll tell you if this applies.<\/li><\/ul><p>Once we agree on a price, it&#8217;s set. And usually, payments you make to us can&#8217;t be taken back. If you have a question about a bill, please tell us within 30 days. We&#8217;ll work it out together!<\/p><h3>When and How to Pay Us<\/h3><p>We&#8217;ll let you know when payments are due. You can usually pay us with a credit card, check, or bank transfer. If you pay with a credit card, there might be a small extra charge.<\/p><h3>What You Need to Do (Your Part)<\/h3><p>To make sure everything runs smoothly, we&#8217;ll need a little help from you:<\/p><ul><li>Please give us all the stuff we need for your ads, like pictures, words, and logos.<\/li><li>If we need your approval on something, please try to get back to us quickly so we can keep things moving.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Keeping Secrets Safe (Confidentiality)<\/h3><p>We both agree to keep each other&#8217;s secret stuff, well, secret! This means any private information you share with us, and any private information we share with you, stays just between us.<\/p><h3>Who Owns What (Intellectual Property)<\/h3><p>When we create cool new ads or designs for you, you&#8217;ll own them once you&#8217;ve paid us. But we might want to show off our work a little bit (like in our portfolio), and that&#8217;s okay, as long as it&#8217;s not your super-secret stuff.<\/p><h3>When Things End (Termination)<\/h3><p>Either of us can end our work together if things aren&#8217;t working out, but we&#8217;ll need to give a heads-up first. We&#8217;ll tell you how much notice we need in our agreement. If you don&#8217;t follow these rules, we might have to stop working together right away.<\/p><h3>We&#8217;re Not Perfect (Limitation of Liability)<\/h3><p>We try our very best, but sometimes things don&#8217;t go exactly as planned. We can&#8217;t be responsible for every single little thing that might go wrong. Our goal is to help you, not to cause problems!<\/p><h3>Keeping Us Safe (Indemnification)<\/h3><p>If someone tries to sue us because of something you did or said (like if your ad content wasn&#8217;t quite right), you agree to help us out and cover our legal costs. We&#8217;ll do the same for you if it&#8217;s our fault.<\/p><h3>Rules of the Game (Governing Law)<\/h3><p>These rules are like a game, and the rules of this game are based on the laws of New York State. So, if there&#8217;s ever a big disagreement, that&#8217;s where we&#8217;ll look for answers.<\/p><h3>Changes to These Rules<\/h3><p>Sometimes, we might need to change these rules a little bit. If we do, we&#8217;ll put the new rules on our website.
