We get it, sometimes plans change! Here at 1Accord.io, we want to make sure you understand how refunds and cancellations work if you buy our services right from our website. We try to keep things simple and fair for everyone.

Changing Your Mind (Cancellations)

• Before We Start: If you buy a service from our website and then change your mind *before* we start working on your campaign (like planning or setting up ads), you can usually cancel. Just let us know as soon as you can!
• After We Start: Once we begin working on your campaign, it gets a bit trickier to cancel. That’s because we’ve already put in time and effort, and we might have paid our media partners. But if something comes up, please talk to us! We’ll see what we can do.
• Ongoing Services: If you signed up for a service that runs for a while (like a monthly plan), you can usually cancel for the next month. We’ll tell you how much notice we need in our agreement.

Getting Your Money Back (Refunds)

• Full Refunds: If you cancel a service *before* we start any work, you’ll usually get all your money back.
• Partial Refunds: If we’ve already started working, or if we’ve paid our media partners, a full refund might not be possible. We’ll look at how much work we’ve done and what costs we’ve had, and then we’ll figure out a fair partial refund, if one applies.
• No Refunds: Sometimes, after a certain point (like once your ads are live for a while), we can’t offer a refund. This will be clear in the details of the service you buy.
