• “1Accord,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means 1Accord.io, the cool company based in NYC that helps brands like yours.
• “You” or “your” means you, the awesome brand or person who wants to work with us.

What We Do For You (Our Services)

We’re all about helping your brand shine by using diverse media. Here’s a peek at what we can do:

• Finding the Right Fit: We help you pick the best diverse media partners for your brand. This means we look at things like Metro Ads, Hoarding Boards, and Transit Media in places like NYC.
• Making a Plan: We’ll cook up a smart plan to get your ads seen by the right people.
• Getting Your Ads Out There: We’ll make sure your ads go live on the chosen media, whether it’s a billboard or a bus stop.
• Checking How Things Are Going: We’ll keep an eye on your campaigns and tell you how well they’re doing. We want to make sure you’re happy with the results!

Sometimes, we might add new ways to help you. If we do, we’ll let you know, and these new things will also follow these friendly rules.

Where Your Ads Will Show Up

We work with lots of different media partners to show your ads. We pick the best spots for your campaign. Just so you know:

• We get to choose where your ads show up. It’s our job to find the best places!
• The places where your ads show up might change a little during your campaign. That’s normal!
• We can’t promise exactly when or where every single ad will be seen, but we try our very best to get them out there.

How Long We Work Together

When we start a project, we’ll agree on how long it will run. We’ll write this down so everyone is clear. Sometimes, it takes a little bit of time to get everything ready before your ads go live. We’ll always keep you in the loop!

Paying for Our Awesome Work

You agree to pay us for the services we provide. We’ll tell you exactly how much things cost before we start, so there are no surprises. This will be in our agreement with you.

• What You Pay For: This includes the cost of putting your ads on different media and the fees for us managing your campaigns.
• Starting Up: Sometimes there’s a one-time fee to get everything set up, like getting your ads ready to go. We’ll tell you if this applies.

Once we agree on a price, it’s set. And usually, payments you make to us can’t be taken back. If you have a question about a bill, please tell us within 30 days. We’ll work it out together!

When and How to Pay Us

We’ll let you know when payments are due. You can usually pay us with a credit card, check, or bank transfer. If you pay with a credit card, there might be a small extra charge.

What You Need to Do (Your Part)

To make sure everything runs smoothly, we’ll need a little help from you:

• Please give us all the stuff we need for your ads, like pictures, words, and logos.
• If we need your approval on something, please try to get back to us quickly so we can keep things moving.

Keeping Secrets Safe (Confidentiality)

We both agree to keep each other’s secret stuff, well, secret! This means any private information you share with us, and any private information we share with you, stays just between us.

Who Owns What (Intellectual Property)

When we create cool new ads or designs for you, you’ll own them once you’ve paid us. But we might want to show off our work a little bit (like in our portfolio), and that’s okay, as long as it’s not your super-secret stuff.

When Things End (Termination)

Either of us can end our work together if things aren’t working out, but we’ll need to give a heads-up first. We’ll tell you how much notice we need in our agreement. If you don’t follow these rules, we might have to stop working together right away.

We’re Not Perfect (Limitation of Liability)

We try our very best, but sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. We can’t be responsible for every single little thing that might go wrong. Our goal is to help you, not to cause problems!

Keeping Us Safe (Indemnification)

If someone tries to sue us because of something you did or said (like if your ad content wasn’t quite right), you agree to help us out and cover our legal costs. We’ll do the same for you if it’s our fault.

Rules of the Game (Governing Law)

These rules are like a game, and the rules of this game are based on the laws of New York State. So, if there’s ever a big disagreement, that’s where we’ll look for answers.

Changes to These Rules

Sometimes, we might need to change these rules a little bit. If we do, we’ll put the new rules on our website. By continuing to work with us, you’re saying “Okay!” to the new rules too.
